Privacy Notice (GDPR / nFADS)

Controller. <Unhinged> Guild (contact via Discord: discord.gg/unhingedguild).

Data collected. Discord tag, in-game character name, class preference, raiding experience, log URLs, UI screenshot link, availability, and any notes you voluntarily provide.

Purpose & legal basis. Evaluating your application for guild membership. Processing is based on your consent given by submitting this form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 31(1) nFADS).

Retention. Application data is kept for up to 12 months after the application decision and then deleted, unless you are accepted as a member.

Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us on Discord. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their national supervisory authority; Swiss residents with the FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch).

No third-party sharing. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. Notification emails are sent to guild officers only.
